Slab Road defeat Clark XI

Slab Road defeated the Clark XI in a thirty over each affair. The Clark XI batting first managed 150 which was a good result considering they were reeling at 4 for 20 but some good batting from Jason Clark in a couple of partnerships with Nick Clark and Paul Ransom seen them reach a competitive total. Aron Cherry was the pick of Slab's bowlers with 5 wickets.

After a good opening stand between Daniel Watson and Justin Jarrett the Roadies always looked the likely winners. Coach Gordon Kerr and Aron Cherry's partnership steered the Roadies to a three wicket victory.
